Vacation Rental Description

Cottage Gate is located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Noe 
Valley at 20th & Douglass Sts., a seven minute walk to a major 
transportation hub that will take you to Fisherman's Wharf, the Giants
ballpark, Chinatown and all the major attractions.  Cottage Gate is a 
fresh studio apartment decorated in earth tones with kitchenette, 
private bath, queen size bed, cable TV, dial-up and wi-fi access, and 
private phone. It has a private entrance (no steps) to a front room 
overlooking a garden that is located on the ground floor of a 
refurbished 1912 San Francisco home occupied by the owners.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Breakfast choices provided in the room to eat at your 
leisure.  Cereals, pastries and bagels, fresh fruit, juices, 
hard boiled eggs, cream cheese.  Coffee maker, electric teapot, and 
toaster oven.  Maps, lists of local restaurants and public 
transportation information provided. Guests have a key to the front 
gate and to the private entrance so they are free to come and go 
without disturbing the owners.

Vacation Rental Rates

$95 per night, two night minimum.  Weekly Rate (7 nights) $90 
per night.
