Vacation Rental Description

Casa Buena Vista is an elegant and spacious Victorian flat located 
across from beautiful Buena Vista Park.  The flat boasts two generous 
bedrooms, one with a fireplace.  There is a spacious living room with 
a dining area located next to an atrium.  There are two full 
bathrooms and a kitchen with a small breakfast nook.  The space is 
perfect for a family or a group of friends travelling together. There 
is a large back yard with a gazebo.  The flat is tastefully appointed 
and comfortable. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The flat is a hot spot for wireless DSL connections.  There are 
lovely views from both the living room and the bedrooms.  There is a 
television with a DVD player.  There is a parking space for the flat. 
The backyard is large and ideal for guests bringing pets.  There is 
also a copier, fax machine and computer available.  Guests staying a 
week have the opportunity to utilize the washer and dryer.  The space 
is large enough to comfortably accomodate six people.
Public transportation of all types is within a two or three block 
walk.  

Activities and Attractions

The flat is located in the geographic heart of San Francisco in one 
of the City's nicest and safest neighborhoods. Golden Gate Park is a 
five block walk.  Stroll to the unusual and exciting Haight Street 
shopping area.  The famous Castro district is less than one mile 
away.  For families, there is the Randall Junior Museum only a short 
walk from the flat.  There are numerous restaurants and shopping 
opportunities with great variety only a short walk away.  Public 
transportation can get you downtown within 10 minutes. 

Vacation Rental Rates

The flat is available nightly at the rate of $230.  The weekly rate 
is $1540 and the monthly rate is $6000.  There is a two night 
minimum.
