The only thing between you and the water is the newly renovated Sawgrass Beach Club facility.
Ponte Vedra beach is one of the most private beaches with mostly homes lining the beachfront.
The beaches are practically unaccessible unless you are staying on or near the beach. This condo is
priced comparable to the few hotels in Ponte Vedra but has beach access unlike most.
