one-bedroom, one-bathroom flat in the beautiful upper Castro 
district neighborhood of San Francisco, with its own little balcony 
where you can sit and enjoy the views of downtown San Francisco. The 
flat is just 5 minutes walk from Castro Street and 3 minutes from 
Dolores Park. This gem has just been lovingly restored, has its own 
private entrance, phone and broadband internet connection(DSL).

Upon entering the apartment, to the left is the living room with 
couch, cable television and CD/DVD player. The living room can 
double as a bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed. To the right is the 
beautiful bedroom with full-size bed and dressers with ample closet 
space and a working fireplace for those romantic evenings. There is 
also a fully-equipped kitchen (including oven, plates, glasses, 
flatware, pots & pans and microwave). The apartment includes a 
modern bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. There is a 
washer/dryer located in the garage next to the flat.
