Built in 2004, Villa Del Mar offers a large sitting area with wet bar, cathedral ceiling, and marble flooring, overlooking the ocean.  With a full gourmet kitchen containing, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, wind storage, and Murano glass lighting. 

Each of the bedroom suites are private with mahogany woodwork throughout and large bathrooms and spacious closets.  Each bedroom contains its own air conditioning system, television, and has an outdoor balcony.

Outside on the patio includes a spacious dining area with grill, lounge area, infinity pool, and separate hot tub.  There is a basketball area located on the side of the house.
