was landscaped in June 2007 and is even more beautiful than the 
current photos shown here.  

157Glenview is a fully furnished 2 bedroom / 1 bath home, offering a 
fully appointed gourmet kitchen, modern bathroom, large fully 
furnished private garden patio deck in a wooded setting with gazebo, BBQ
grill & gas heater, a separate exercise space.  Each bedroom features a 
queen-size bed, a fluffy king-size down comforter, four large down 
pillows & soft premium sheets for your comfort. 157Glenview also 
includes one-car garage parking, a washer/dryer, wireless DSL internet 
access, fax machine, copy machine, extended cable TV with HBO, DVD

Less than 5 minutes from the Castro District and Noe Valley, 
157Glenview is just a few minutes' drive to Downtown/Moscone Center, 
Union Square, Golden Gate Park, Haight/Ashbury and UCSF.  Other San 
Francisco favorites are about 15 minutes away, including Fishermen's 
Wharf, North Beach, Coit Tower, Pacific Heights, and of course the 
Golden Gate Bridge!    

The greater Bay Area is also at your leisure.  157Glenview is about 
30 minutes from Marin, lovely Sausalito, charming Tiburon, and 
historic Berkeley.  Stinson Beach, San Jose, Palo Also, and Stanford 
are all about an hour away.  157Glenview is also just 90 minutes 
from Napa Valley, Sonoma, Calistoga, Guernville, and Sacramento.
