Our Home has been very popular with INTERNATIONAL travelers and 
Vacationers!

Newly Remodeled 2 bedroom San Francisco Home(1400 sq ft)on a 
residential street in the quiet, safe, and friendly 
Excelsior/Crocker-Amazon Neighborhood.  Minutes away from all 
San Francisco tourist attractions.  

Non-smoking only.  

This stylish and beautifully furnished home is a great value. Compare 
our rates to those in The City's trendy commercial and noisy tourist 
areas.  Our home is spacious, comfortable, and very beautifully 
furnished.  The bedrooms are plush and elegant; the kitchen is 
spotless, modern, and well-equipped; the living room and dining room 
are fabulous. 

It's a delightful get-away vacation home you're sure to fall in 
love with.    ...And it's all just a short 15-20 minute drive or 
taxi ride from SFO international airport and within minutes of 
SF tourist attractions.
  
Sleeps 1-6 persons.  Queen Bed in Master Bedroom and Full-size Bed 
in 2nd Bedroom; also, an extra full-size bed can be set up to 
accommodate up to 6 persons.   

The 52 Excelsior Muni bus stop is just a few blocks up the street.
Ride the bus to Glen Park BART Station or the Forest Hill Muni Metro 
Station and get to anywhere in San Francisco or the Bay Area.

Our home is within 1-3 blocks walking distance of bus stops on 5 
public transit bus routes (#s: 15, 29, 43, 52, and 54).  With easy 
access to the Balboa Park and Glen Park BART stations or the MUNI 
metro stations at Balboa Park and Forest Hill, you can get to 
virtually every tourist attraction in the City.

The number 43 will take you all the way out (without any bus 
transfers/connections) to the Golden Gate Bridge and the Golden Gate 
National Recreation Area (operated by the US National Park Service).

the National Parks web site for maps and other information.

$1000 per week (7-nights; for up to 6 persons (3rd bed set up in 
dining room) plus $120 cleaning fee


$705 minimum stay(5-nights; for 1-2 persons) plus $75 cleaning fee.

$795 minimum stay(5-nights; for 3-4 persons) plus $95 cleaning fee.

$895 minimum stay(5-nights; for up to 6 persons (3rd bed set up in 
Dining room) plus $120 cleaning fee. 

Peak season and holiday period rates are approx 10% higher

$300 refundable Security/Damage deposit and credit card required 

$2,600--$3,500 per month
$200 non-refundable cleaning fee(1 month stays)
