minutes), the nations oldest city)and two hours from Orlando and Disney World. Located on a wide
unspoiled beach eight miles long. From this top floor unit there is a spectaular view of the ocean.
(Elevators provided.) You can relax on the large balcony and enjoy ocean breezes, and hear the
sounds of the surf. We bought this unit for our own use and liked the area so much we moved here
permanently. One of our favorite pastimes is reading and watching the ocean from the living room,
master bedroom and balcony (You can see the sea from the Master Bed.)The balcony is accessed by
sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom.

is completely equipped and includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, and other amenities.
St. Augustine Beach is located on Anastasia Island just across the river from St. Augustine.
Anastasia Island is
about 12.5 miles long and is about 2.5 miles wide at is widest point. It's known best for its most
popular
beaches Crescent Beach and St. Augustine Beach. What's different about Saint Augustine Beach from
other
vacation destinations is its laid back atmosphere. The two largest stores are Publix and Winn Dixie
and the rest
are small family businesses. The majority of the buildings are residential homes and condominiums.
There is a
height limit on buildings of 35 feet so you want see huge high-rise condos that is common in other
Florida
vacation communities.
There's lots of fun things to do in Saint Augustine. St Johns County has over 40 miles of unspoiled
scenic
coastline. There is the Intracoastal Waterway, Atlantic Ocean and the St. Johns River. There are
plenty of parks,
boat ramps and fishing piers. If shopping is your thing, there are lots of small shops in the
historic district and a outlet malls out near I-95. There many ways to go site seeing in St.
Augustine, sightseeing trolley, horse-drawn carriage, walking tour or cruise boat. Some of the
popular sightseeing spots are the old fort, Fountain of Youth, Lightner Museum and Flagler College.
