Vacation Rental Description

This spacious luxury condo (1150 sq feet) sits on the top floor of
Victoria Mews complex, on the north slope of Potrero Hill in the 
heart of San Francisco. All the rooms, except the 2nd bathroom, have
spectacular panoramic views of downtown San Francisco and the bay
bridge. The dining room and the private balcony overlook the swimming
pool, tennis courts and the beautiful landscaping in the common area.
The master bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a dressor, a large
leather reading chair, and a bookcase. The 2nd bedroom has a queen
bed,2 nightstands, a dressor, and a desk. Living room has a match set
of couch, sofa bed (queen), and armchair, with removable and washable
covers, and a woodburn fireplace. The unit has high speed internet and
flat panel HDTV.

Facilities in the complex include tennis counts, community room with
kitchen and bathroom, redwood dry-heat saunas, hot tubs, heated
swimming pool, and exercise room. All these facilities also have 
great downtown and/or the bay bridge views. Common area landscaping 
in the complex includes a stream, a pond, and several panoramic 
viewing areas with benches. The entire community is enclosed by 
wrought iron fencing and accessed by security doors. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Woodburn fireplace, gourmet kitchen, tennis, swimming pool, walk-in
closet in master suite, washer and dryer in unit, one car/SUV garage
parking, extra storage space, and clubhouse.

Activities and Attractions

Potrero Hill enjoys the sunniest and warmest weather in San 
Francisco.
 It has a quiet and exclusive neighborhood with wider streets and
trendy restaurants on the 18th street.  It is minutes away from
Financial District, AT&T Ball Park, UCSF mission bay campus, Moscone
Center, Embarcadero, Union Square, SOMA, and Chinatown.  It is
convenient to freeways, buses and Caltrain station, which lead to 
easy accesses to airports, Silicon Valley and the rest of bay area.

$1700-$2000/week.  7 day minimum.
