Oh, you've found one of the most romantic spots on the beach!! There are two master suites with a full King
bed and bathroom. Be sure to lounge all morning in the oceanfront bedroom letting the sound of the waves
wash over you!! In contrast to many apartments up and down the beach that are "oceanfront" but still a good
100 yards from the surf, you can almost throw a rock from the balcony and hit water at high tide. Extraordinary
views from the living room and dining area, we have no doubt you'll love it!!

You'll find all our properties exceptionally well stocked. Full kitchen, blender, microwave, washer/dryer, linens &
towels, TV/DVD, high-speed wireless internet, unlimited phone calls (local, state, long-distance). Sad to say,
there's no excuse not to bring your laptop with you!!
activities and attractions in St Augustine Beach Atlantic Coast North
For those of you not familiar with Saint Augustine, it is the oldest city in the United States and a perfect place
for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Saint Augustine features Ripley's Believe It or Not, phenomenal
restaurants, the famous Alligator Farm, the Castillo de San Marcos, Marineland, tours, etc. Marineland, the
world’s first oceanarium is less than 6 miles away, and with a reservation they will let you swim with their
bottlenose dolphins. Just a few of the areas around Tradewinds are Matanza State Park, Marineland, Historic
Downtown Saint Augustine (loaded with shops), and of course the majestic beach just a few feet away. Across
the street is overflow parking for people with RV's, and boat docking for anyone who comes in from the
Intracoastal Waterway. Jacksonville International Airport is only 40min to an hour away with Daytona Beach
International Airport about an hour as well. Don't forget about the Daytona Speedway for you NASCAR fans or
the beach for any late night partiers.
2008 Winter rate: $1250. 2008 High Season: $1300-1650. We accept checks, money orders, and
Visa/Mastercard. Holiday and special events rates are subject to change. Rates for the 2008 summer season
(ranging from mid-March to the end of September) are $1300 to $1650 per week, depending on traffic. Please
inquire for a more detailed rates schedule--we have every week of the year broken out with the precise price
and fees on our website!
