South Ocean Villa is a new property located in the heart of the
South Coast on the beach. It is 1,200 SqFt of tile, marble, and
coral. It shares the beach with four of Barbados finest resorts
including the Barbados Hilton. The unique location and design by
world famous architect Ian Morrison, offers breathtaking views of
the entire South Coast of the island with no obstruction. The
property sits literally in the sea and affords some of the most
intensely beautiful sunrises and sunsets to be found anywhere. Its
location on the main road insures that you can walk to any of the
many restaurants, shopping centers, banks, and grocery stores. With
over 50 years experience on the island we can help you maximize and
economize your visit to "our paradise."
Enjoy the sound of the surf off one of your two balconies. Swim in
the private pool and bask in the sun on the private sundeck. Venture
on the beach to swim in the sea or walk for miles.
Our spacious air conditioned villa is beautifully furnished and
decorated with two bedrooms (MBR King, GBR Full, pull-out couch
double), two oversized full bathrooms, two large private balconies
(one outdoor and one enclosed), fully equipped kitchen with all new
appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer ect. All crockery, cutlery,
linens, towels, and utilites are included. Bi-weekly housekeeping,
cable tv, local phone, high-speed internet, stereo, private
underground parking, as well as security system are included. The
property is provided with a night time security guard and onsight
management. Initial grocery shopping service can be arranged.

The
new government built Boardwalk allows you to jog, walk, and explore on
the sea. It links the Hilton beach with Rockley Beach. It is about 2
miles of beautiful sceanery and is located right outside the door.
Rates vary on length of time, amount of guests, and time of year.
Winter Season- Which is December 15 through April 15 would be priced
for two to four guests at $165-$250/night or $1,155-$1,750 per week
(7 night minimum.)
Summer Season- Which is April 15 through December 14 would be $150-
$200 per night (3 day minimum).
Week of (US) Easter & Thanksgiving at Winter Rates.
A Deposit of 25% is required within 10 days.
Full payment due 60 days in advance for Winter, 45 in Summer.
