CoolHill House is located on the West Coast of Barbados.
You will enjoy great sweeping views of greenery, Coconut trees and
the Caribbean Sea.

Conveniently located for easy access to all major roads
and amenities.

CoolHill House features terrazzo and ceramic
tiled floors and is decorated to reflect the colours and spirit of
the Caribbean.

Accommodations;
Sleeps 14. It is ideal for families and couples desiring more than
a hotel room.

CoolHill House has five bedrooms, three and a half baths, two fully
equipped kitchens, nicely appointed living and dining rooms. Beds -
2 kings, 2 twins, 1 queen sized, 2 doubles, 1 foldout bed, 1
foldaway double bed, one double sofa bed and two cribs. (see room layout below)

All the comforts of home are here, including a washing machine, cable
TV, VCR/DVD, with DVDs/VHS tapes, computer with free high speed
internet, books, hand held blow-dryers, charcoal grill, beach cooler
an outdoor shower, iron/ironing board.

Start your vacation off with a relaxing aromatherapy or Swedish
massage from our masseuse Alison, enjoy your masssage poolside or
indoors. This is sure to fade away all of your pre-vacation stress!

This modern vacation home is less than 1 mile to a quiet beach,
nearby is the historic sea-side town Speightstown, Barbados'second
largest town, here you will find banks, art galleries, restaurants,
supermarkets, a post office, a busy fish market, and colourful
shops.

You will mingle with the friendly locals as you purchase fresh fruit
and vegetables from road side vendors.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy picking your own refreshing
coconuts from the palm trees that border the pool.

Grill tropical fish like Mahi Mahi or Red Snapper on the poolside
grill, blend exotic concoctions in the kitchen then dine al-fresco
poolside under the warm tropical sun or under the stars.

When you return after an exciting evening out, a well-lit inviting
shimmering pool awaits you, indulge in a late night swim to a back
drop of tiki torches blazing in the balmy night air.

You will find this vacation home to be clean, comfortable and fully-
equipped with all the necessary amenities and extras to make
your 'Caribbean getaway' a success.

There is also a dedicated phone line where guests can make unlimited
calls to the US and Canada at no charge.

Once the sun goes down in Barbados the fun begins, besides the fine
selection of restaurants and bars, discover a number of outdoor
nightclubs and shows to suit every taste.

The Barbados Wildlife Reserve located nearby is a must see, make
sure to go at feeding time, when you will get up close and sometimes
personal with the Barbados Green Monkeys.

Just down the road from CoolHill House is Six-men's Bay, Thursday -
Saturday nights only, dine on the beach at Braddy's Bar with tourist
and locals alike, the best fish, pork and chicken cooked to tender
perfection right there in front of you, a rum and coke or cold
Bank's beer is a must as you kick back and experience a true
Barbadian way of life.

A day in Barbados could be spent doing many activities, unwind after
a day of water-skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sightseeing or
shopping by simply relaxing and enjoying a rum punch beside CoolHill
House's large freshwater swimming pool.

The arrival night may be any night of the week.

Layout Of House;

The upper level has an open plan living and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with the primary kitchen which leads out to a full length balcony that overlooks the pool.

Bedroom one is the master bedroom with a KING BED and an ensuite bathroom. This room leads out to the balcony.

Bedroom two is next to the master bedroom and also leads out to the balcony, it has a QUEEN SIZED BED.

Bedroom three is spacious with TWO FULL SIZED BEDS, view of street.

There is a full bathroom with tub/shower across from bedroom two and three.

The lower level has two bedrooms and one bathroom, the secondary kitchen, living and dining area and a patio overlooking the pool.

Bedroom four on the lower level has a KING SIZED BED. This room has a window view of the pool.

Bedroom five has TWO TWIN BEDS with no particular view.

All five bedrooms are AIR CONDITIONED, there are telephones and cable TVs on each level.

The COMPUTER is on the upper level.

There is a double SOFA BED and a double FUTON on the lower level.

There is a SINGLE FOLDAWAY COT that can be placed on the level of your choice.

There are also two cots (PACK AND PLAY) for infants.

The laundry room is located pool-side, this room also has a convenient toilet.

Deposits
A deposit of two hundred dollars is required to confirm a
reservation.

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard.

The balance is due on arrival to CoolHill House.

CoolHill House is family owned and operated, we employ no management
people and most importantly pass the resulting savings onto our
guest by offering the accommodations at rates often lower than other
vacation homes with equal or less exceptional amenities.
