This location is ideal for one or two day car trips to the Sierras, 
Monterey Bay, Napa Winery or a boat trip on the ocean.

Vacation Rental Rates 

$950.00 per week. One week minimum. Includes all utilities.
$3,600.00 per month. 
  For visits less than one month there is a refundable $500.00
cleaning deposit. 
Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit is 
received.
All deposits payable in US dollars; We do not accept credit cards. 

REFUNDS: The cleaning deposit will be refunded in full unless cleaning
is necessary to restore the apartment to its same condition as when 
you arrived.
