This vacation rental is located in the scenic Cayman Kai / Rum Point
area in the North Side District.
Unit #104 is one of only ten condos in the secluded North Pointe complex.

The condo sleeps 4-6 people with its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and
a sofa-sleeper in the living room.
"A Mid Winter Night's Dream" vacation condo is located on the quiet
side of the island, only 35 minutes from Owen Roberts International
Airport (GCM).
#104 at North Pointe on Grand Cayman's north side has 2 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom. You can lay in the
king size bed while watching the waves roll in.
The 2nd bedroom features two twin size beds with easy access to the
bathroom, living room, and lanai.
Central air conditioning keeps the condo at a comfortable temperature.
The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, oven/range, dishwasher,
coffee maker, in-sink garbage disposal, toaster oven and blender.
There are enough cooking utensils to serve just about any cooking need.
There is a large screened-in lanai with an incredible view of the
Caribbean. Enjoy the tropical breeze, view of the sea, and the sound
of waves from the comforts of the condo. Walk out the lanai's door and
you are just steps away from the freshwater pool, white sand beach,
and clear blue Caribbean Sea.
The freshwater pool has an attached kiddie pool. There are beach
towels and water floats in the condo for our guests to use.
The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, color
tv with cable, and telephone. The bathrooms are furnished with starter
supplies (toilet paper, etc.). If you happen to run out, Chisholm's
Grocery is only 5 minutes away.
A local maintenance man is available in case of an emergency. Phone
numbers are posted on the refridgerator.
The Driftwood Sports Bar is a short walk away. Play some pool and
cheer on your favorite team. Don't forget about the Famous Sunday BBQ!!
Take a morning walk along the white sandy beach, then relax by the
pool with a book.
Enjoy waist-deep snorkeling at the reef, only 100 yards from North
Pointe beachfront condo. Experience some of the best scuba diving on
earth. The world famous "Wall" is only 300 yards from our condo's
shoreline.
Take a ten minute boat ride to "Sting Ray City" and swim with the
Rays. One of the only places in the world that you can hand-feed one
of the many, gentle Sting Rays.
Take a scenic tour at the Mastic Trail and Queen Elizabeth II Botanic
Park. Set aside a day to take your own scenic drive around the island
to view the Blowholes on East End, the Castle at Pedro/St. James, the
Turtle Farm, Hell and the National Museum.
There are three golf courses on the island. An excellent 18 hole at
the Links At Safehaven, 18 at the Hyatt, and a 9 hole par three at
Sunrise Golf Center.
Evenings can include a quiet in-condo dinner or dine out at one of the
many restaurants located within a short drive.
One of the biggest pleasures are the friendly, honest Cayman Island
natives - enjoy their hospitality.

Low season: Apr. 15th- Dec. 14th
$1680 per week ($240 per night) plus 10% government tax.
High Season: Dec. 15th- Apr. 14th
$2100 per week ($300 per night) plus 10% government tax.
Holidays
Thanksgiving Week:
$1900 per week ($275 per night) plus 10% gov't tax.
Christmas/New Years:
$2,450 per week ($350 per night) plus 10% gov't tax.
We accept Visa or Mastercard only.
Half of the total is due upon making the reservation. This secures the
condo. The remaining half is billed about two weeks before your vacation.
