For what you get this is the best deal. This is a house East of A1A, if you
want to have your own yard, Private beach, hot tub, grill and most of all PRIVACY, this is what your looking for. If you want to stay in a hotel type atmosphere rent a condo = ). If you want to stay at a hotel in the area it is around $350
a night for the marriot on the beach. The only other houses on the East side of A1A are renting for $5500 and up.
Can see the beach from my driveway! Dont be fooled by the
description "BEACH HOUSE" because of the decor. This is right next to
the beach. No roads in between! Call me if you are interested.
Come to Florida and get certified to dive. The cost is $300 at the local dive
shop. This includes all materials needed, all equipment, the 2 classes, a pool dive, 2 beach dives, and a boat dive at 65 feet on an amazing reef! Remember, the bahamas is 50 miles straight across from Florida, so as
you could imagine, the diving in Florida is amazing! They don't call it
the "Treasure Coast" for no reason! Best of all, you will always have this certification and it will change your life! I provide all information needed to get certified. If you do not want to get certified, I have snorkel gear
available upon request.

I bought a golf cart so you can cruise arond the neighborhood.
I also just built a 16'x16' trellis in the front yard and planted jasmine
vines around it.

I just added a queen sized solid dark wood futon. This futon is amazing, it
better be for $1000.00!
It is a real mattress. So now there is a King in the bedroom and a queen in
the living room, along with the couch of course.

I just added a king size Stern and Fosters mattress. This is a
$5000.00 amazing mattress! I also kept the queen inside the house so
it can be used in the living room if needed.

I just recently added a brand new $10,000.00 Hot springs 8 person
hot tub in the back fenced in area! Its beautiful, It has all the bells
and whistles. It has an Ozone system so there are no chemicals, and
its safe for the skin.
The house is nestled between boynton and delray in a very unique
unincorporated beach front location. If you want a quite/private
beautiful beach to stay at while you relax, that is 3 miles from
atlantic ave where its very busy and not private. Then this is the
place. It is private when you need it to be, and when you feel like
being where the crowds are, you are only 3 miles north on A1A. This
neighborhood is very unique, there is a surf shop next door and the best deli/grocery store in town within steps. The beach is open
to the neighborhood with no public parking so it is not overcrowded
and private. 3 miles to atlantic avenue where there are plenty of shops,clubs
restaurants and crowded beaches. There is a private
jacuzzi in the back yard that is enclosed by a fence for privacy.
Have fun in the sun all day at the beach, and relax in the jacuzzi at night. There are numerous reefs in the area if interested in snokeling or diving.

Golf cart provided for cruising around the neighborhood. There is a 16'x16'
trellis in the front that i planted jasmine around and put a beautiful table and chairs
underneath. Completely renovated! This house used to be a 2 bedroom but I
converted it to a large 1 bedroom with an office in the room 10x20.
There is a brand new brick paved u shaped driveway for optimal
parking spaces.

activities and attractions in Delray Beach Atlantic Coast South
There is an amazing reef a couple hundred feet to the South of my Beach.
Snorkeling gear available upon request. If you get certified to dive, there are multiple reefs in the deep waters. The boat trips are around $50 each person.
Atlantic Avenue is 3 miles south of the house on A1A, there are
numerous restaurants and clubs to enjoy in this area. There is a beautiful beach front park one block south of the house open to the public. Relax in the sun, go surfing, snorkeling, diving, walks on the beach.......have fun in the sun while on vacation in beautiful South

2008 rates.From May to October monthly rates are $2500 per month, Weekly
rates, $800. MULTIPLE MONTHS IN SUMMER I CAN DO FOR $2000 A MONTH
From November to April monthly rates are $3500 per month. Weekly rates $1000
per week.
*Any rentals under a week will be considered depending on availability @ $300
per night.
Reservations can only be made if they are fill in dates. If the whole month
is booked I cannot reserve one weekend in the middle. Call for availability.
LAST MINUTE WEEKLY/FILL IN RATES CAN BE NEGOTIATED. These are any weeks that will fill in between bookings during season. Or last minute reservations.
This pricing includes electricity, water, satellite tv,
dsl, local phone service.
Security deposit will be charged and returned after departure.
Florida taxes will be added to all rates.
