Why stay in a small cramped  hotel room when you can stay in a large 
3 bedroom home with lots of amenities?

Thank you for your interest in renting a home in San Francisco. I am 
sure you would have a much happier time renting a home instead of 
staying in a small hotel room. Most guests find they save a 
lot of money by staying in a home: 

Don't pay for parking ($60 per day)
Don't pay for internet ($20 per day)
Save a lot of money on eating out ($100 per day) It is nice to have 
your own breakfast and lunch at home, but be sure to experience the 
great restaurants that are located within walking distance.

But it is not all about saving money. The fancy hotels in San 
Francisco are located in downtown San Francisco, Union Square and 
Moscone Center. Although this is nice during the day for shopping and 
walking around, these neighborhoods are not nice during the evening 
so that means you are stuck in your small hotel room. 

The neighborhood
The Inner sunset is a beautiful residential neighborhood located next 
to Golden Gate Park. This neighborhood is famous for its restaurants. 
Within about 4-6 blocks of this house, you will find over 40 famous 
SF restaurants: Vegetarian, Chinese, Sushi, American, Vietnamese, 
Indian, Italian, Seafood, Cajun, Ethiopian, and many others. You can 
walk to Golden Gate Park and see DeYoung Museum, Japanese Tea Gardens,
and Strybing Arboretum, Merry-Go-Round (one of the the oldest 
continuously running Merry-Go-Rounds in the USA), and children's 
playground. The N-Judah street car takes you to the 
Beach/Cliff House/Sutro Baths in one direction and the other direction 
takes you downtown (Pier 39, Cable cars, Fisherman's Wharf, Union 
Square).

Super Bowl Weekend $400 a night (5 night minimum)
Presidents Day Weekend $400 a night (5 night minimum)
Memorial Day Weekend $400 a night (5 night minimum)
July 4th Weekend $400 a night (5 night minimum) 
Labor Day Weekend $400 a night (5 night minimum)
Thanksgiving Weekend $400 a night (5 night minimum)
Christmas Week $400 a night (5 night minimum) 
New Years Week $500 a night (5 night minimum)

When is payment due?
Payment is due two months before your arrival (3 months prior for 
holidays)

How do I make a reservation?
Please visit our main website: sfhomerental. com and check the 
availability. If the home is available, there is a reservation form
on the website. 

Cancellation policy 

Payment is due two months before your arrival date. You can cancel 
giving one months notice or more and receive a full refund. After one 
month there is no refund.

Is there a security deposit? 
No. Previously, I would request a security deposit of $1000 from all 
guests. However in the past few years I have only had a few incidents
where guests caused a lot of damage. So I do not have a security 
deposit but I trust that my guests will treat the homes with respect. 

When is my reservation confirmed
Your reservation is not confirmed until I receive your rental 
agreement and payment. It is possible that I email you back to let you
know that the house is available and the next day it could get booked
by another guest. That is why after you receive the rental agreement, 
I recommend sending it back soon to secure your reservation. These 
homes are very famous and very popular and I sell out quickly.

What form of payments are accepted?
I accept checks, bank cards, credit cards or wire transfers. 

Check in and check out times
Check in: 3 pm, Check out: 11 am

Limit for number of people
The limit for for number of people allowed in the home is 6 adults 
day or night. These homes cannot be used for large gatherings or 
parties. If this number is exceeded your group could be evicted and 
fined. 

Keys
About one week before your arrival date, I will email you the 
combination to enter the home. These combinations are changed after 
each guest.
