Cayman Dream is an immaculately kept home on the quiet north side of
Grand Cayman. The home is very private and beautifully landscaped
with a brand new pool right off the expansive screened porch which
runs the length of the house. Cayman Dream has 2500 square feet of
living space with vaulted ceilings, tile floors, central air, and
ceiling fans throughout the house. It is, undeniably, the premier
two-bedroom home on the north side of Grand Cayman.

The house is very tastefully furnished and everything is brand new.
There are two queen sleep sofas in the living area along with an
entertainment center which features a TV with a built in DVD/VCR
player and an extensive library of discs and tapes. The kitchen is
fully equipped with microwave, stove, disposal, dishwasher, fridge,
and all the utensils and kitchen do-dads you can possibly need. Off
the kitchen is the utility room/wet bar with ice maker and bar
fridge. The master BR has a king bed; the guest BR has a queen and
a set of bunks. Each BR has french doors which open onto the screen
porch.

The house is about a mile and one quarter from Rum Point...the 7-Mile
beach of the north side. The snorkeling out in front of the house is
great. Plenty of lobster to catch when they're in season. There are
four new bikes in the shed for guests' use along with fishing rods
and reels and tackle. There is also a charcoal grill on the side
porch.
