This elegant villa is located only steps from the beach and is ready to provide a unique Jamaican seaside vacation experience.

The villa is quite spacious with seven bedrooms on two floors - each bedroom with an adjoining bath. Rooms can be rented out individually (3 day minimum) or by the floor.
The first floor features four rooms. Bedrooms #1-3 have private patios. A fourth patio lies directly behind the dining room and leads to the pool area.
The second floor has 3 rooms - Bedroom #1 features its own balcony. Additional balconies are found adjacent to Bedroom #3 and the Living Room. All the bedrooms have AC.

Seaside Villa features a shared kitchen and dining room on each floor. The villa is fully equipped and furnished including satellite T.V. and DVD player. A small laundry room is also located on the premises.
For those who want to take a break from the beach, the Seaside Villa features a beautifully designed and landscaped pool with a covered sitting area available for the enjoyment of all guests.
