Francisco location! This is a historic 'Painted Lady' lovingly 
furnished with all modern amenities.  Conveniently located upper 
flat in a two unit building in desireable lower Pacific Heights 
neighborhood.  Available with private parking, and just blocks 
from several of San Francisco's distinctive neighborhoods, including
Union Square (world class shopping), Fillmore Street (trendy boutiques, 
antique stores, and cafes) , Union Street, Polk Street, Japantown, 
Hayes Valley and Pacific Heights. 25 minute walk or easy bus ride or 
drive to waterfront attractions (Pier 39 & Fisherman's Wharf) & 
financial district.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gorgeous luxury finishes combine with original Victorian detail and 
11 foot ceilings to create a beautiful urban oasis steps from 
everything San Francisco has to offer.  Large eat-in kitchen features 
Italian red dragon granite counters with custom maple cabinets, red
oak hardwood floors, 6 burner DCS cooktop, double convection Thermador
wall ovens, garbage disposal, microwave, custom halogen lighting and 
sliding door to the outdoor deck.  Fully appointed with all eating 
and cookware.  

Unit includes wired and wireless broadband Internet,
central heat, cable TV, and available private garage parking. 

3 comfortable bedrooms: The large master suite includes a private
bathroom with Italian limestone double vanity and shower surround,
"his and hers" Grohe shower heads, and Jacuzzi tub, and cherry cabinets.

Master bedroom features king size bed with top of the line
Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress and best quality linens and
towels. The master bedroom has its own television. The second bedroom functions as large built-in home office with

television that converts to a cozy bedroom with top quality, very comfortable queen size wall bed. Middle bedroom features 2 antique maple twin beds. All bedrooms
equipped with ipod docking stations.
The full dining room and living room feature original hardwood floors
and period woodworking. The cozy living room boasts a working
fireplace, 32" television with DVD/VCR/CD, overstuffed black leather couch and recliner and TV/VCR/DVD. Laundry in unit.

All conveniences and attractions nearby! From here, walk to dozens of 
world class and ethnic restaurants of all types, music clubs, bars, 
symphony and opera. Public transportation steps away will whisk you the 
beach, Golden Gate park, AT&T Park, and virtually any other attraction
in the City and beyond. Walgreens drug store 1 block away, full 
grocery store 5 blocks away, ATM, easy freeway access, private garage 
parking.  Virtually the entire City is within a 5 to 30 minute walk of 
the unit.  For those with no car, public transportation just steps 
away will whisk you anywhere you don't want to walk, including the beach

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,300/week December - March (except holidays).  
$2,400/week April -November.
Our Victorian Flat is available by the week or by the month, with a 
one week minimum (shorter stays may be available -- please inquire). 
Weekly rate is charged for stays less than 30 days.  A cleaning fee
of $150 is charged for each two weeks of stay or portion. We require 
a $500 refundable security deposit with your full payment. 
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is 
refundable up to 30 days in advance of the reservation and then 
becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Full payment is 
required by 30 days prior to start of reservation. 
Parking rate is $50/week.
