Located 15 minutes from the center of activity in Montego Bay,
Island Breeze Villa has a beautiful panoramic view of the
Caribbean.

Island Breeze Villa is located in magnificient Ironshore Estates, it
is only minutes from numerous championship golf courses, tennis
courts, white sand beaches, scuba diving & snorkeling, horseback
riding, shopping and the "Hip Strip" where a Casino is located.

Upon arrival at the airport you will be met and taken to Island
Breeze Villa and welcomed with a punch or rum punch drink and a
complimentary bottle of wine. You have a choice of either 2 T-
shirts with our logo on or 2 continental breakfasts which are also
complimentary. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary we
will provide a complimentary cake. Your cook will prepare your
evening meal on the day of your arrival. You only need to indicate
your menu preference. A detailed grocery bill for dinner and
breakfast will be presented to you.

For the rest of your stay you may want to choose from the menus
provided, or shop for the food of your choice. In shopping for
food, you have the option of having the cook shop, shop with the
cook or shop on your own. Of course, the area has a large choice of
eating establishments should you choose to eat out.

To assist the cook/housekeeper is the butler. He will mix your
drinks and serve you poolside or wherever you choose to be served.
The butler lives in his own quarters on the site and is there to
tend to your needs. In addition, there is a security service on the
grounds.

The included Jamaican Government Consumption Tax (GCT) is a saving
of 15%.

Upon departure you will be transported back to the airport for your
flight home.

What are not included in the rental fee are the cost of your food,
airfare, tours, local transportation and gratuities.

Should you decide on taking one or several tours, a list is
conveniently outlined in our "Welcome Booklet". These tours can be
arranged for you through our Manager.

Don't stay in a hotel...but relax in this private atmosphere and be
pampered by our staff. Make Jamaica your vacation location!

Available for your use are a stero CD/Cassette/Radio player complete
with CD's amd cassettes. Or you may choose to bring your own choice
of music. Cable TV is provided and there is a 25" color TV in the
TV room with a VCR and DVD player. Also available for your use are
some books, games & puzzles.

The main floor consists of a sunken "L" shaped living/TV room
overlooked by an 8-ft. bar for serving those rum punches, pina
coladas and other umbrella drinks.

Through the French doors in the Living room you can enjoy the view
of the Caribbean or...walk out onto the pool deck and enjoy a quick
refreshing swim in the beautiful fiberglass finish pool.

The main living quarters of Island Breeze Villa contains 3 private
bedrooms each with cable TV, private bath, a ceiling fan, air
conditioner. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the
Caribbean.

There is a full size kitchen and the dining room is only steps
away. Also, there is a laundry room if you choose to take fewer
clothes and have room to take back all those souvenirs. Your
housekepper will be happy to do any laundry for you.

shops, a restaurant, and water sports.
