foot 2 bed/2bath condo overlooks Nottingham Lake and is walking distance (3 blocks) to the new
Gondola at the Westin in Avon (opened October 08). Beautifully renovated with a wood burning
fireplace, slate floors and is the closest condo (less than 20 feet) to the full size heated
swimming pool and two large hot tubs make this a great unit when it snows! Flat panel TV and Bose
3.2.1 system to enjoy the fun DVD collection. or cable! Free Hi-Speed Internet too!
Full kitchen including oven, microwave, full size fridge and dishwasher. Equipped with all amenities

King size bed in master and two queen beds in guest bedroom plus queen sleeper in living room sleep

Beaver Creek Ski Resort is only 1 mile away with free parking at the base near the condo.
