Vacation Rental Description

This is a house adjacent to Beverly Hills, been recently renovated, 
 (completed by March, 2008). 
To make your vacation a dream, as I do with all my other properties, 
was negociated and purchased for the renters of this house a free 
access to the facilities of the Beverly Hills Country Club that 
includes heated pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym, free group exerciseetc. 
The Club has also 10 tennis courts, a dining room, lounge, snack bar 
etc. Regarding the rate, a first year promotional rate has been 
applied and to ease the renters, a security deposit will not be 
requested.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house has been extensively renovated(new bathrooms, new 
kitchen,etc)and equipped with new furnitures including 3 big plasma 
TV. At each bedroom,it is a queen size bed and at the living 
room, it is a sofa opening bed(queen size bed). At the exterior 
patio , it is a patio table, louge chairs,a barbeque and a ping pong 
table.
