exclusive Copacabana area of Kingston & St. Andrew, Jamaica; this beach
front property is approximately 20 minutes by car from the Norman
Manley International airport and 10 minutes away from the Harbour View
Shopping Centre.
The Studio
The Studio is newly refurbished and comes with a choice of air
conditioning and fan, cable TV, hot and cold running water, fridge
freezer, laundry, iron & ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen
complete with microwave oven. The studio is one of three units and is
furnished with twin beds which also combine to form a very comfortable
king-size. Please let us know your preferred option when booking. Car
parking is available at the front of the property.
The Area
Copacabana is a friendly and pleasant place to be. Many who live there
are returning residents from abroad and take pride in the upkeep and
presentation of their properties. Its beach front location makes it
ideal for sun, sand and sea lovers!
Transport
Copacabana is well supplied with buses, minibuses and taxis which run
regularly along the main road past the entrance. Usual bus times,
every 5 mins. It is a great base from which to explore the Island.
Security
The area is known for its quiet and pleasant demeanor. It is not a
crime hotspot, but we advise to be always security conscious. You will
be supplied with your own keys to your studio and the property is also
fitted with a front grill and an additional gate. Windows are fitted
with decorative wrought iron grills and in-built mosquito netting for
your safety and comfort
Shops and conveniences
Harbour View Shopping centre is approx 7 – 10 mins away by car or bus
and provides access to ATM machines, supermarket, internet,
restaurants and shops. Alternatively there are a couple of eating
places about 5mins walk away.
Local Attractions
The world famous ‘Fried Fish and Bammie’ restaurants and historical
sites of Port Royal are within 30mins travel by car. Make a date to
visit this charming land mark site.
