disappoint you. Located in an upscale east Fort Lauderdale
neighborhood, two miles to the beach and one mile west of US 1, it is
central to shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Relax and enjoy your private retreat in this newly decorated and
renovated home. Open the french doors to the tropical yard and enjoy
your meals made in your home away from home. A full kitchen, 3
bedrooms, full sized washer and dryer, and of course central air
conditioning add to your total comfort. There is no smoking indoors.

Master bedroom has queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom and has french
doors to the pool
2nd bedroom has queen size bed and also french doors to the pool.
Third bedroom has queen size bed and views of the garden.
Den has a pull out sofa with writing desk.

$1400/week all INCLUSIVE, Minimum ONE WEEK RENTAL $5000/month all INCLUSIVE

5% county tax, 6% state tax, and cleaning fees are INCLUDED.

Rates are quoted in US DOLLARS and subject to change without prior
notice. Book early.
Longer term rates are available upon request. Reservations are not
considered confirmed until payment is cleared.

Deposits
50% at time of reservation by check, money order or wire transfer.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival plus an additional security
deposit of $250. Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of
departure pending assessment of any damage and/or loss. This is our
house and we want to provide a comfortable stay for all. We thank you
in helping us keep our costs down with courteous care taken during
your stay.

There is a $100 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs at check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee
of $50. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 90 days prior
to arrival. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty
days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to
the new reservation. Travel insurance is advised.

General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. There is no
smoking in the house. We suggest guests arrange for travel insurance
to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in and check-out times are flexible
according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not
departing or arriving on your dates.

No Large Groups
This home is located in a quiet, safe, established residential
neighborhood. It can accommodate a maximum of six (6) people,
including children. With respect for our neighbors, we cannot allow
parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature
adults and families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants
must be pre-approved in writing by the owners. We do not
rent to minors, college groups or bachelor parties.
