Our oceanfront villa is located inside the premises of the
Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, just 30 feet away from the beach and
50 feet away from the main hotel.
The villa has 1,100 sq. ft. it has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with
impressive ocean views. It has a bedroom, large living room with a
42" plasma tv, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and free
wireless internet access. Sleep up to 4 in 1 king bed and 1 queen
sofa bed.
The bedroom boast a luxurious king heavenly beds with pillow-
top mattress and comforter, spacious closets and an entertainment
center with AM/FM stereo, CD player, 27" TV with cable and
DVD.
European-style cabinets adorn the designer kitchen graced with
granite counter tops and appliances, including refrigerator, electric
range with oven, coffeemaker and microwave. The kitchen is fully
equipped with dinnerware, flatware and cookware.
Guests will spend a great deal of time on the furnished oceanfront
balcony offering spectacular views of the sea.
The villas have three beachfront pools, baby pool, adult's lap pool,
and a infinity pool with a shallow edge which is great for
children.
The villas building also have a gourmet restaurant and bar. The
Ocean Villas grounds have beautiful lush tropical gardens.

The resort offers many activities for the family to enjoy which
include a full service spa, 11 restaurants, two 18-hole golf
courses, 13 har-Tru courts operated by Peter Burwash International,
bicycle trails, scuba diving, sailing/rentals, plenty of water
sports, hiking, casino, bar/cocktail lounge, live entertainment,
beauty salon, complete fitness center, business center, concierge,
Shopping boutiques, laundry.
Children: babysitting referral, kid's club program, children's pool,
playground area, and arcade/ game room.
Nearby, you'll find vcr/dvd rentals, a large and modern grocery
store, drug store and wonderful local dining.
Also, there are many highlights nearby the resort to explore
including the cascading waterfalls and the rivers of El Yunque
tropical forest, horseback riding on the foothills of the majestic
El Yunque and the beach, Bioluminescent Bay night kayak trip, catamaran
snorkeling excursion, Old San Juan tour, deep sea fishing and the
dramatic Camuy caves.

In addition to the above rates there is a 12% tax.  Rentals of less than 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee.

Our recommendation is to rent from a trusted source with lots of recent feedback comments on their guest book. These villas require a lot of maintenance to keep them in great condition. We receive calls very often of guests that are desperately looking for a place to stay, because they arrive at Rio Mar at a property with no maintenance or even water or electricity.  Not to mention, that they rent a beachfront villa and the owner fails to mention that the palm trees have grown so much that his villa no longer has an ocean  view. All this is too common for me and personally I get mad.
