Reservation policy:
A $50.00 cleaning fee is charge to all rents. For short term
rentals, a $300 deposit in which $200 are applied to the rent upon
arrival is required. The rest will be return at the end of the
rental period if there are any incidental charges. A rental contract
is issued that includes all the needed information.
Payment policy:
Payment in full is required before the keys are given. Sorry, only
cash or US money orders are accepted
Cancellation policy:
In advanced. 30 days notification of cancellation a full refund is
given minus 10% charge to cover administrative charges
