A beautiful, centrally located Breckenridge condominium. The unit is a one BEDROOM, PLUS DEN and is larger than most 2 bedrooms in Breckenridge!
The KITCHEN has granite countertops and all new stainless appliances. The unit has a wood fireplace. There is a 32" LCD television in the living room and a 27" LCD in the bedroom. Has Cable TV and Broadband/Cable Internet access. The BEDROOM has a queen bed with a quality pillow top mattress. The DEN has two new twin loungers that collapse into very comfortable twin beds. The bath has a new deep tub/shower, all tile, with oil rubbed bronze fixtures. Plush cut Berber carpet throughout. Kitchen and Foyer have hardwood flooring and the Bath has Heated Tile, which is thermostat controlled (disabled in Summer months)
The unit easily sleeps six comfortably. The new sofa queen sleeper, having a six inch mattress, is comfier than most beds. The unit is ground floor, with a walk out back patio. There is a huge greenbelt with hundreds of pine trees out back. A corner entrance to Carter Park is approx 100 Feet from the back door and the complex is 1 1/2 blocks to Main St.!
Winter Fun - For skiing and boarding, this complex is less than three blocks to the QuickSilver SuperChair Lift in the main center village of Peak 9, an easy short walk! Carter Park has a really fun, very long sledding hill. Again corner entrance to the park is about 100 feet from the back door. The unit has six round sleds for guest use - very fun!
This unit is far better than ski in/ski out, you can park in the underground heated garage and not have to use your car until you leave for home! Skiing/Boarding, restaurants, recreation center, grocery store, post office, absolutely all within walking distance! The complex has a large Hot Tub Jacuzzi, a built-in Natural Gas BBQ Grill, Laundromat, and a huge atrium for peacefully hanging out.
