• 50% of total due immediately to confirm booking.  Balance due 14 days before check-in.
• 10.5% tax plus $75 one time cleaning fee on all rentals.
• $300 refundable damage deposit on rentals longer than one week or adult-only rentals of any length.
• Cancellations may reschedule within 12 months at no additional charge except for any seasonl rate difference. Same reservation policy applies.
• Full refund (less 3% handling) up to 30 days prior.
• Less than 30 days one day rent forfeited; if replacement renters found then full amount (less 3%) will be refunded.
