Rates:
Nightly Rates range from $1450 to $1850 depending upon the time of
year (average $1750 per night). There is a 3 night minimum for this
property.

There are discounted rates on monthly stays. Please contact us
directly for specific information.

The Quail Estate is available for events. There is a $2000 event fee
associated with all events with more than 20 people (up to 75
individuals).

The only other fees associated with this rental are a $500 final
cleaning and a $3000 deposit (the deposit is returned, as applicable,
within 15 days of check-out).
