Nice 1 bedroom with bunks in the hall and queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6! Bigger unit with lots of space. Big living/dining room open to the kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Good Value! Located on Scenic HWY 98 close to all the activities in Destin. Bigger balcony to enjoy the sea breeze! Fantastic pool and beach view too! This is a 2nd floor unit with easy access to the pool and the white sugary beach in Destin! Community BBQ grills, pool, and hot tub! 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD player, high speed wireless internet, and stereo! Beach Service is offered at the beach for a fee. This condo is non-smoking. Only 1 mile east of Destin Commons Mall. Close to all shopping, water sports, Golf, and restaurants! Take a dolphin or deep sea fishing cruise at the harbor! Great deal so close to the beach!
