Weekly rental: $700 to $950
Monthly rental: $2,000 to $2,900

We accept Credit Card payments via PayPal, as long as you cover the
~3% fee.
2 night minimum stay; higher rates for 1 night exceptions. 
1-2 adults only, no exceptions.
Small pets negotiable.
No smoking inside studio please, although smoking on patio is 
permitted.
