Vacation Rental Description

All the comforts of home come with this large one bedroom/1 bathroom, 
lower level fully furnished ocean view vacation duplex. Take the 
virtual tour and feel the beach. Located in the south end of Laguna 
across the street from the beautiful easy to access "Thousand Step 
Beach" shown in the video. Hear the surf and enjoy ocean views from 
your dining table the bedroom and from the expansive ocean view entry 
deck. Kitchen is fully equiped with table settings for eight and 
ready for either a gourmet chef or not. Pots, plan, linens, coffee 
makers, refrigertor with ice and water, full range. Comes with sleeping 
set up for 1-4 persons. Master Bedroom has terrific queen bed with queen
futon and dedicated office area equipped with wireless inet. Living 
room has queen flat screen TV. Private laundry with own washer and 
dryer and an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy feet. Everyone who 
has stayed wants to come back! Guest references supplied upon request.
