Vacation Rental DescriptionThis ocean view property is located in the immediate downtown
village area of Laguna Beach. The view is actually better in person
than can be shown on the internet.THE LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT.It is
an easy 5 minute walk to all downtown village amenities;
restaurants, beaches, movies, ice cream parlors, shopping district,
art galleries, art festivals, museum, etc. If you choose, leave
the car at home for your entire stay. It is conveniently located
close to all downtown activities, yet it is in a quiet area of town.
The property is located on a cul-de-sac, isolating it from all the
downtown traffic and noise. It has an ocean view deck on the
front of the property and a larger enclosed private backyard.
CLIENTS SAY THAT THE PROPERTY IS BEAUTIFUL;EVEN
BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES ILLUSTRATE.
The property has been recently renovated and is upscale, yet
comfortable. It is a 3 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath and sleeps 6.
THIS PROPERTY CAN BE COMBINED WITH PROPERTY LISTING #2549 TO
ACCOMODATE LARGER GROUPS. THEY ARE ON THE SAME LOT. FEES FOR
BOTH PROPERTIES WILL APPLY.
The front bedroom and the living room area both open up
through French sliding doors to the front deck. The front deck
extends across the front of the property. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed, new closet and furniture and a 20 inch flat screen
TV. The living room area has a fireplace, new sofa, newer chairs and
a Plasma TV (42 inches). The second bedroom has a queen size bed
(new and upgraded), new closet and furniture and its own 1/2 bath.
The third/smaller bedroom has a trundle/daybed that acts as a sofa
or two twin beds.
All rooms have upgraded/new/newer furniture, new carpet/tile, music
players with CD & IPod/MP3 capability.
The design style is Tommy Bahamas/Pier One/Cost Plus/Pottery Barn
type furnishings. Our color scheme for the walls is tan with white
crown molding and white ceilings. The color scheme of the
furnishings is comprised of earth tones and neutrals
(tans/greens/browns/red accents- there is some upscale lighter color
furniture). The property is accented with artwork (both indoors and
out) desks, computer access, local telephone and broadband cable
internet access. The backyard has a table with seating for 8, two
chaise lounge chairs, a fountain and outdoor art. The backyard has
slate tile (vanilla/tan/greenish) and the garden area. It has a Bar-
B-Que and there is outdoor lighting. The washer and dryer are new
and its private use. All amenities are private and for this house
only.
The kitchen is comfortable and has newer appliances. There is
parking dedicated to the property. The property is appropriate for
children and pets can be approved.
BUT, PETS MUST BE APPROVED.

Deposits are non-refundable until your arrival-Upon arrival it
becomes your security deposit to be returned at checkout upon return
of property to like condition at check in.

is at 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM, early checkins and late
checkouts are available per request. No refunds/credits will be
given for abbreviated/modified occupancy schedules once your stay is
