Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Frangista Beach, located in Destin Florida, where the 
Emerald Sands and the Gulf of Mexico meet.

     Welcome to our 5 bedroom beachfront home, Frangista Sands!   As 
you step into the marble foyer you will officially begin your 
vacation at the beach.

     Whether you are a family of five or having a family reunion of 
twelve, Frangista Beach is the perfect spot for you.  As you enter 
into the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a wet bar. 
Bedroom number one is the children’s room, kid friendly with two 
sets 
of bunk beds. All the bedrooms are complete with TV, and DVD 
entertainment.

     The second bedroom has a full bath and a queen size bed. 
Whether 
it’s a morning cup of coffee or an evening night cap bedroom number 
two feature’s sliding glass doors overlooking the private pool/spa.  
Plus the enchanting views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom number two 
has its own private access to the beach.

     The next choice is yours, stairs or elevator to reach the 
second 
or third floor of Frangista Sands. Treat yourself to the luxury of a 
gourmet kitchen, a granite island plus dining table.  Ocean views 
can 
be seen from the kitchen and family room. The family room is 
complete 
with a 52” color TV, DVD, VHS and Wireless High Speed Broadband 
Internet access. This allows you to stay in touch while you’re 
away.  
Sliding glass doors open to the second floor covered balcony with 
dinning table and chairs to relax.

     Bedroom number three can be found on the second floor, 
featuring 
a queen size bed and full bath.

     Off you go to the third floor to find the fourth bedroom, 
master 
suit and laundry facility.  The fourth bedroom has a queen size 
bed and its own full bath.  Your getaway continues in the 
master suite, a king size bed with large private bath and Jacuzzi.  
Perhaps the best feature of all is the covered balcony that allows 
you to bring the beautiful ocean atmosphere inside.

     Dipping Pool Size: 6' X 8'.  The neighborhood also features a

heated community pool. We hope you enjoy our home as much as much as

Upon booking; 50% of rental is due if paying by check deposit must 
be 
within 7 business days.  Remainder due within 60 days of scheduled 
arrival date.  In addition 11% Fl sales tax; $200 Cleaning fee $25 a 
day to heat dipping pool Oct-Apr; Minimum 4 night stay off-season; 
Credit cards welcomed. AGE REQUIREMENT No rentals will be 
made to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25. POOL 
POLICIES Pools will not be heated if the temperature drops below 40 
degrees or if the temp. is above 75 degrees. Pool temperatures are 
set at a constant 80 to 85 degrees during off-season. Off-season 
runs
