We are located 67 miles from Denver and 90 minutes from Denver
International Airport.
This is a beautiful, newly built, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome
situated perfectly to contour the breathtaking
mountainside of Winter Park Colorado. A perfect vacation home for you
and your family. Comes fully furnished, with brand new GE appliances,
washer and dryer, large kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood
floors, fireplace, garage, and a large patio with a brand new hot tub.
The master suite has a king bed, private bath with two sinks and a
walk-in closet! The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and
the third bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. There is also
a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room.
A quick 2-mile free shuttle ride from skiing and the alpine slide,
plus enjoy all the fun of downtown restaurants, bars and shops.
Winter Park also has direct access from Denver via the Ski Train.

Long a quiet hidden secret, Winter Park is the last ski resort area
in Colorado to be developed.
Winter Park has two ski areas: Mary Jane and Winter Park, home to
Intrawest ski resort. Long before Winter Park became a world class
mountain resort and venue for both winter and summer
activities, it was famous as a silver mining town, and boasts a
lively and colorful past. Remnants of the mining past dot the
surrounding area.
