Bay Estate House is a luxury residence located on a private peninsular in Grenada. The bay is protected by coral reefs, and is one of the most beautiful and sheltered in the Caribbean.  This is NOT just another Villa Rental, this is an experience you’ll never forget!!

The Bay Estate House is sometimes described as coming straight out of a “fairytale” with its cactus and grass covered roof and its internal waterfalls. At the end of the helipad and private jetty there is a door set into the hillside, and from here you are taken by elevator straight into the main reception room! Bay Estate is an absolutely stunning private property with Gaudi-style influences.

Inside the Estate House, there are eleven spacious air-conditioned bedrooms which all have their own large private en-suite – some even have outdoor showers for two! All bedrooms have king-size beds, 42” flat screen TV’s, large built-in cupboards and a beautiful selection of modern and antique furniture.

Bay Estate House also houses the Beach House (not included in rate of main house). The Beach House has its own private entrance, beach and swimming pool –it is a spacious thatched property, situated right on the beach with four bedrooms directly overlooking the bay. Equipped to the same high standards as the Estate House, the Beach House is a touch more casual. Each bedroom has its own indoor and outdoor double bathrooms, and they are all fully air-conditioned. Each bedroom also has a 42” flat screen TV. In the spacious living room, there is a 50” flat screen TV with a sound system which houses over 1800 tracks on the Ipod, as well as a Sony Play station and internet.

All food and drinks (beers, wines and soft drinks) are included. Meals are prepared in the main kitchen of the Bay Estate House and are served at the Beach House. A 7-seater car is also included in the price, as are the services of the chef and kitchen staff, housekeeping and maids, bar and waiting staff, gardeners and the Estate Manager.
Both the Bay Estate House and the Beach House are extremely homely – and the staff offer world class personal service to make your stay in a Caribbean paradise a memorable one. They can either be rented as a whole property, or separately. The top price listed above is for the Bay Estate House, and the bottom price is for the Beach House.

Prices include collection from/delivery to the airport, all food, drinks (wines, beers and soft drinks), services of the chef, waiting and dining room staff, head housekeeper, housekeepers and maids, gardeners, estate manager and a vehicle.

Amenities & Activites
Bay Estate House offers a fantastic array of water sports to its guests. There is a 27 meter swimming pool with spacious decks and lounging areas. Or if you are feeling like something more active, there is a 15 foot water jet boat that you can go wake boarding or water-skiing behind. There are also Sea Scooters so you can go deep down and view the beautiful colors and fish. On top of all of this, there is also a 43 foot air-conditioned motor cruiser with a captain, standing by at your disposal - so how does a picnic in a secluded bay sound? Or perhaps you would like to stay indoors - there is a Play Station, television, movie and book library also at your disposal.
