Cottage white and blue three-story new beach cottage with partial 
views of the Gulf, sleeps up to 12 in its 4 bedrooms plus loft and 3 
baths - just perfect for multiple families. Bedrooms offer king, 
queen, twin, trundle and sofa bed styles.  Capri Beach Cottage, just 
steps from the pristine white sands of the Gulf is located off 
Highway 98, right across from the Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Mall, 
nestled in a small, private cottage community with its own community 
pool, bathouse and access to the beach just steps away. 

This non-smoking cottage has two white wooden picket-fence balconies 
that are perfect for lazing in the afternoon and watching the sun 
slowly set. The street is paved with brick pavers.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

House has washer-dryer, cable TV, VCR, stereo, fully-equipped 
kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, all linens, towels, hair dryers, 
charcoal grill, carport, guest parking.


(Small dogs allowed, no cats, no smokers - no smoking in the 
house at all, rented only to adults over age 25)  

Activities and Attractions

Destin offers all water activities including snorkeling, diving, 
fishing, sailing, surfing, parasailing, jetskying, shelling and 
swimming. Also, there is hiking, biking, golf, tennis, fitness 
center, miniature golf, amusement parks, shopping, dining, cinemas 
and anything else you might want for recreation. Great discount 
shopping at the Sands Outlet Mall.   

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates (7 nights - cleaning and taxes INCLUDED - credit cards 
accepted with $25 surcharge). 

Winter: 1/1/08 - 2/29/08 - $175 night, $1000/Week, $2000 monthly
Spring: 3/1/08 - 3/14/08 - $250 night, $1500/Week
Spring Break: 3/15/08 - 4/11/08 - $300 night, $2000/Week
Spring 2: 4/12/08- 5/16/08 - $250 night, $1500/Week
High Summer: 5/17/08 -8/8/08 - $3000/Week - Sat to Sat only  
Late Summer: 8/9/08 -8/29/08 - $300 night, $2000/Week
Fall: 8/30/08 - 11/21/08 - $250 night, 1500/Week
Thanksgiving: 11/22/08 - 11/30/08 - $400 night/ $2500 week
Winter: 11/22/08 -12/31/08 - $175 night, $1000/Week
Winter Holiday - 12/30/08 - 1/2/09 - $400 night, $2500/week

$100 cleaning fee added to less than 7-night stays.
$500 to book, remainder paid 60 days prior to vacation dates. 
$300 refundable security deposit. 

Full refund up to 60 days prior to visit and for hurricanes. 
Dogs with $100 cleaning fee. No college student or teenage springbreak groups

must be 25 or older
