Still weeks for Spring and Summer '06. The "Daytona Blessing" is 
your beach dream-home come true.  This is a very beautifully 
furnished 3300 s.f. 7 bed 4 bath home in Destin's prestigious 
Frangista Beach community. A brand new private pool with a waterfall 
is just the beginning. On the ground floor there are 5 of the 7 
bedrooms newly remodeled with 2 rooms with queens, 1 with 2 twins 
and the other 2 with a double and twin bunk beds. There are 2 full 
baths located on the ground floor. The top floor has 2 more bedrooms 
one with a King with an attached bath and a sliding glass door that 
leads out to the beautiful deck that faces the Gulf, the other has a 
Queen with a bath just outside the door. There are 3 more sofa 
sleepers in the 2 living rooms.This one-of-a-kind, private home is 
located just 650 feet from the "most beautiful beaches in the 
U.S.A." according to U.S. Travel magazine! If you don't want to walk 
to the beach, you can soothe your sun-soaked shoulders under the 
water-descent (waterfall), and unwind from a long day at the beach. 
Hear the ocean while you take in the gulf breeze relaxing by the 
palm trees around the pool. Or relax with a good book while you 
swing in the hammock under the shade of the trees in the "english 
garden" on the side of the house,with a huge patio area complete 
with 2 gas grills in the barbeque area. It's like 2 yards in one. 
This completely remodeled lower level has 5 bedrooms which are all 
brand new. house. We have tried to think of everything you could 
possibly want here. There is only one thing missing...you!

nightly hot-spots and restaurants within walking distance or a miles 
drive. Also just 2 miles mile away is Destin Commons, a unique, open-
air village, featuring upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, 3 
minutes to Silver Sands Outlet Mall (NW Fl. largest outlet) and just 
5 minutes from Go-Karts, Putt-Putt and Water Parks. Nine golf 
courses within 5 miles. Dolphin excusrions, glass-bottom boat tours, 
fishing and snorkeling at the Harbor. After all,if you didn't know.. 
Destin is the "luckiest fishing village".

All rates shown are weekly, partial weeks are available

$1500 weekly - Christmas and Thanksgiving weeks $1900!!!!
Spring March-April $2770 
Early Summer May 1 to May 31 $3500 weekly 
Summer June-July to Aug 13 $5300 
Late Summer Aug 14 - September 18 $3500 weekly
Fall Sept 18 to November $1990
Cancellation policy-10% fee 45 days before check-in, Full credit 45 
days or less. We have never charge anyone for cancelling yet as this 
home is very popular. Credit card handling fee of 2.5% Tax of 10% 
not included in these rates. First come first serve 50% deposit 
required. Hurricane policy offers rebooking.
