Vacation Rental Description

The Bear's Cabin is a separate one bedroom log cabin that takes you 
back to "days of old," yet has been rennovated with a full stainless 
steel kitchen and new bathroom w/brick and mosaic tile floors that 
accent the flavor of the 1920's vintage. The vaulted ceiling living 
room with wood walls and floors gives you the feeling of living in 
the mountains,yet you are by the ocean.  The gas log fireplace is 
great for warming up after a walk on the beach or just sitting out on 
your private porch watching the sun set over Catalina Island.  
Staying in "The Bear's Cabin" is a unique experience you'll not want 
to forget nor leave. In the Heart of "The Village," location, 
location, location! One block to beautiful sandy beaches.  Live like 
a "local," walk to it all- restaurants, shops, galleries or hop the 
free Laguna Trolley when the festivals are in session.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped Kitchen: full size gas stove, refrigerator and 
microwave, toaster, coffee pot and all necessary cooking utensils.
Outdoor Bar-B-Que area, with picnic table & firepit. 
Complimentary welcoming beverage and local map of places of interest. 
T.V./V.C.R (we have a library of tapes to ck. out). Also have some 
good books for you to crawl up in front of the fireplace with on a 
cool Laguna night.          
All bath and bed linens are supplied.  Smoking permitted on front 
porch 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, sunbathing,surfing,picnicing, boating, jet skiing, fishing, 
cycling, hiking, and whale watching.
Day trips: Catalina Island, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Seaworld, 
Beverly Hills & Hollywood, Tijuana, Mexico are all within a two hour 
drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

Special Anti-Recession Rate:  Special Summer Weekly Rate of $1250.
Inquire about shorter or longer terms; available @ a Monthly Rate 
of $3500 for one or two people.
Security Deposit (refundable) $500
Non-refundable cleaning fee $150
