Palm Villa is perfect for large families.  

Palm Villa includes TWO HOMES, with 2 fully equipped kitchens, 

2 spacious living rooms, 
2 dining areas, & 7 bedrooms (THREE are large master suites).
 
Palm Villa comfortabley sleeps 20 guests.

This spacious and pristine villa is only a TWO MINUTE or 1/2 BLOCK stroll 
to the "world famous" crystal white beaches of Destin. 

SO CLOSE - NO GOLF CART NEEDED!
 
Located in the quiet gated community of Emerald Waters Village, 
you are walking distance to the private beach access and Pompano Joe’s. 

The large HEATED & gated community pool is only steps out the back door.

Palm I (sleeps 10)has a floor plan that includes a comfortable master 
bedroom on the main floor (queen bed) plus a queen sofa sleeper in 
the living room.  Upstairs is a large queen bedroom with a quaint 
sitting area.  The second upstairs bedroom has a full bed 
w/single bunk in addition to a futon w/single bunk (this is a great 
teen/children’s room).  All bedrooms have TV's and DVD/VCR's.  The 
open kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a fully equipped laundry 
room. 

Palm II (sleeps 10) has a floor plan that includes TWO large and 
luxurious master suites (one king and one queen) with twin 
sleeper chair and doors that open to private balconies or patios.  
The second floor also includes a queen bedroom with a private 
balcony.  The children are sure to enjoy the surfer theme room with 
two full beds.  All bedrooms include TV’s plus DVD/VCRs.  The elegant 
kitchen is loaded with all the amenities plus granite counters and 
stainless appliances. 
 
High speed wireless internet provided.  Both houses are very family 
friendly and each includes a highchair, pack and play crib, and 
safety gates.  A gas barbecue grill, patio furniture, stand alone ice 
maker, cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels are also provided in 
each house.

We have the best value in the area plus a fabulous vacation villa 
that is just a short walk to the beaches.
