Vacation Rental Description

Breathtaking Oceanfront condo ... located on the sand. Remodeled 
kitchen and bath, travertine flooring throughout, halogen lighting on 
dimmers, large balcony. The unit also features new "memory Foam mattress", 
high thread count sheets, and feather/down pillows. Condo is appx. 600
square feet. Ideal for a couple, but can accommodate four people. A 
little piece of heaven. Only 10 minutes drive to Santa Monica. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen Bed, New Leather sofa converts to a comfortable double Bed.  
700 thread count sheets.  Premium cotton towels.  Feather/Down pillows.
Community Laundry room located adjacent unit,  free of charge.  
Cable TV, DVD, Bose wave radio with CD.  Cooking utensils, 
Refrigerator, Microwave.  Free WiFi(wireless internet), Free local, 
free long ditance to all points in the USA, and free International 
long distance to western Europe(to land lines only) through Vonage.
Smoking not allowed in the unit, only on the balcony.   Not Suitable 
for small children.  Oceanfront balcony is not baby proofed.  
Close to Shops, Restaurants, and Movie Theater,  Unit has Covered
parking and guest spot.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly Rate    $350.00/night.  (three night minimum)

Weekly Rate (one week)  $2100/week

Monthly Rate       $8250/month

Cleaning fee $125.00

Secuity Deposit  $1000.00
