Two story, gulf view with carriage house and pool, 800 feet from the beach. - Crystal Beach, Florida Vacation Home We affectionately call it Mellow Yellow. This two-story home with gulf view and cozy carriage house sleeps four to ten (4 - 12) guests in beds, and an additional six (6) in three sofa pull outs, six sleeping areas in all. Mellow Yellow has cheery colors and comfortable furnishings just waiting to be enjoyed. **GREAT BEACHHOUSE TO SHARE EXPENSES!!! OR HAVE A FAMILY OR GROUP REUNION!!! Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms in the main house with plenty of sleeping space, and a carriage house with one bedroom, a full size pull out sofa in another room with a full bathroom in between gives a lucky someone or couple some privacy. A deck off the main house is a gas grill for a family cookout and the private pool sits in a fenced yard, offering lots of quiet sun time. Carriage house sleeps one to four people. Pool is heated to take the chill off for an additional moderate fee. Call or email us for as few as two to as many as eighteen. Large driveway to hold a boat or up to four cars. The beach is a short THREE minute walk away. Located just minutes from Mid Bay Bridge, Destin Commons, many award winning restaurants, Fresh Market, Publix and Super Wal Mart grocery stores and Henderson Beach State Park in the desirable upscale homes of Crystal Beach. Along the board walk in downtown Destin are the deep sea charter boats. Late in the afternoon, take a stroll along the boardwalk to view the days catch. Enjoy an early dinner or spend time at the local dining spots including the Back Porch, AJs Oyster Bar, Donut Hole, Lucky Snapper, Harbor Docks or Callahan's. While at the house you can walk five minutes to Camille's for sushi, fish, chicken and steak lunch and dinner. If you enjoy vintage aircraft and weapons, be sure to visit the free Air Force Armaments musuem in Fort Walton Beach. WW II aircraft are on display along with other aircraft, rifles and bombs. Consider a concert or theater production at Okaloosa Walton College. During the summer Kelly Plantation sponsors musical events. Seaside sponsors movies and bands on the Green behind the small post office in the center of the town. Check for area festivals and wine tastings at Chans Wine World, less than two miles from Mellow Yellow.

Washer Dryer Linens Provided: Towells, wash clothes and linens are provided with additional in closets and bathroom cabinets. Off Street Parking: Able to park four cars max. Beds	King Bed: In the master bedroom. Queen Bed (2): In the first floor bedroom and in the carriage house. Bunk Bed (2): Twin bunk beds with a full down and a twin up in the third bedroom in the main house. Convertible Bed (3): Sofas convert in TV room of the main house, bunk bed room and second private room in carriage house.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (6): Each of the six sleeping rooms have Cable/TV. DVD (4) VCR CD Player (2) Stereo System (2) Jetted Tub in Bath: In the master bathroom. Private Pool: The pool is peanut shaped and measures 20 feet by ten feet. It can be heated for an additional fee.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator (3): Second refrigerator is in the closet with washer and dryer. Mini refrigerator in carriage house. Dishwasher Microwave (2) Ice Maker Catering Available: Gourmet Entrees to Go delivers and is outstanding. Ask for Kevin. We have call upon their services for picnics, brunches and dinners from soup to desserts.
