Gulf Shores Plantation Resort, is a premiere gated resort featuring 5000 feet of private beach on
the Gulf of Mexico. It is a perfect vacation spot for families and those wishing to relax in a less
populated area close to Gulf Shores. The climate is such that the resort can be enjoyed year round.
Conveniently located 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants in Gulf Shores, the resort includes
an abundance of amenities and recreational opportunities listed below. Fishing and boating are
available directly on the Gulf or immediately across the street on the Mobile Bay.
The world-class Kiva Dunes 18-hole golf course, once ranked #1 course in Alabama and #58 in America
by Golf Digest is located on the property within walking distance. Kiva Dunes Restaurant is located
in the clubhouse.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the West side of the resort which is the most
meticulously landscaped area of the property with two pools and a hot tub within a few steps. The
beautiful beach view from the balcony allows you to sit on the balcony and enjoy a gorgeous sunset.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with new pillow-top mattress as of April 2006 and private
master bath. The second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be placed together for a king bed
using a foam insert and sheets that are stored in the bedroom closet. A comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa with
an orthopedic mattress is also included for additional sleeping accommodations. The sofa and
matching chair and recliner are also brand new as of April 2006.
The kitchen has been redecorated and is fully equipped including a bar w/ bar stools and separate
dining area with five chairs.
Smoking is not allowed inside the condo. And The Plantation does not allow pets. Resort is
Handicapped Accessible and Wheelchair Accessible. This is definitely a Kid Friendly resort with
weekly activities for children of all ages during the Summer.
