Depending upon the season, and the size of the property (1,2 or 3 bedroom condo or 3 -7 bedroom
house) prices range from $799 - $7555.00 TOTAL - for a week. Prices start as low as $150 TOTAL for
one night. This includes all taxes and fees. Please note, most homes rent from Saturday till
Saturday during the Spring and Summer Months. During the fall and winter months, it may be rented
nightly or monthly. Our condos rent for any time period. There is also NO minimum night stay!! We
just want you to come visit our little piece of paradise for any time period you have open!

We offer availability in The Dunes Condos, The Indies condos, Navy Cove Condos and The
Dunes subdivision. One of the many homes we offer is featured here. This home is called East Meets West. It is one of the nicest Gulf Front homes in the Dunes Subdivision. We are located in Fort
Morgan, which is 25 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores. Completion date on this AWESOME beach
house was 2007. It has parking for 6 cars (4 are covered). This home has 3 floors of living
area and an elevator. It is a very short walk to the subdivision pool and the gulf is at your back
door. We have 8 TVs throughout the home, but with a view like this, who needs TV?
