Vacation Rental Description

This elegant home has everything you need to make your vacation 
dreams come true. Destiny by the Sea is the most exclusive community 
in Destin. The home has 3800 square feet of living space and another 
1800 square feet of tiled deck. Upscale amenities include: golf cart, 
elevator, high speed Internet access, game room/bed room, 2 DVD 
players with surround sound, Play Station 2, gourmet kitchen with 
granite countertops, fireplace and wetbar. Views of the gulf from 2 
sides of the house. Beach access is very close (about 120 steps from 
front door). Community pools, hot tubs, tennis, fitness, putting 
green and children's playground. The name of the house is "Bon Bini" 
which means welcome. You will feel welcome in this dream of a house.

2 Kings, 2 Queens, 6 singles. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in 
the bunk room. Four of the bed rooms have their own master bath and 
all five have access to the deck.

Summer Discount (Aug 09-Sep 5) ................... $3500/week
Fall            (Sep 06-Oct 31) .................. $2800/week
Winter          (Nov 01-Feb 28) .................. $2300/week

Notes: 100% Refund if there is a hurricane.  Call for daily or 
monthly rate.  
35% Deposit required and balance at check-in. 

Lodging tax is 11%. Rental rate includes cleaning fee. 

A $100 processing fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations 
that are made at least 60 days before your arrival. 

Cancellation of reservation less than 60 days before your arrival 
will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. 

Check In: 4 PM Check Out: 10 AM
Saturday through Saturday rental.

Damage deposit is $800.00.  Must be 25 years old to rent.
