Charming country home located on 2.5 acres bordering 230 acres of
pristine farm fields, situated just east of Benson. Close enough for
shopping conveniences yet far enough to enjoy the feel of a tranquil
country setting. Completely furnished home (approx 2000 sf) has 3
bedrooms, 2 full baths (one with a refurbished claw foot tub),large
living room with panoramic window view, dining room, and laundry
room. The house was completely refurbished in the last 3 years
including new doors, windows, heating and cooling. Refurbished
hardwood floors. Fireplace for cozy winter nights. Sleeps 7-9
(including daybed and living room foldout couch). Fully fenced yard.
Three carports including a 10 foot high space for RVs.
No smoking in house please.

The setting is rustic with a fishing pond (6-8” bluegills and up to
10” bass), horseshoe pit, BBQ area, “country” croquette court and
fantastic views over green fields and the San Pedro Valley. A
nearby wash provides immediate access to the San Pedro River,
renowned for its huge bird population and species. The San Pedro River valley is know
internationally for its Jays/Ravens: Steller's, Mexican, and the Chihuauan Raven. Permanent
residents include: Thrashers, Silky Flycatcher, Sparrows, Lark, Towhees, and Wrens, to name a few.

activities and attractions in Tucson Arizona
Benson is a centrally located community in the heart of Southeastern
Arizona (approx 3 miles away from house), just 45 minutes from
Tucson, 20 minutes from Tombstone, and 35 minutes from Bisbee. The
famous Kartchner Caverns are approx 15 minutes away. Museums (local
western, railroad, mining, Indian, and military), hiking, and biking
opportunities throughout the area. The winter weather is ideal,
known for mild fall and spring conditions. Overnight temperatures
drop below freezing in mid-winter. There are two, 18-hole golf
courses within 7 minutes of the house.
