Refundable deposits are returned within 15 days from check-out day.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not provided after 30 days prior to
reservation. In the event the guest fails to take occupancy on the
date specified or changes their decision on occupancy for whatever
reason, the security deposit will be forfeited and retained by the
property owner as damages for holding the rental unit off the rental
market. All other monies will be returned. Tenant is responsible for
all processing fees associated with credit card payments.

This ia a beautiful 2 bedroom Suite on the 1st floor that has a view
of the pool area, I say area
because the pool is
surrounded with 5' tall Oleanders. Pool and the work-out room are
just 100' from the patio. Inside
this suite is a 40" LCD Samsung HD TV with HD DVD in the living room.
32" LCD Samsung in the
bedrooms, cable TV, wireless internet, Stainless Steel appliances,
kitchen complete with cookware,
silverware, cooking utensils ect, tile throughout kitchen,
bathroom, and dining room, granite countertops, and washer/dryer. The
bedrooms have walk in closets,
1 king and 1 queen size beds. The living room includes a leather sofa
