as well as family togetherness. The main floor is a great gathering area 

with a qourmet kitchen, 

a livingroom with a fireplace and a balcony for enjoying the evening breezes.

This home features:
Four Bedrooms each with an attached bath, sleeps 12.  Sleeping accommodations

 include:
3 King size beds, 2 twin beds, One bunk bed,  and one queen size sofa sleeper.

The third floor master suite has a sitting area with a morning kitchen, 

private balcony and a whirlpool tub.  The lower level suite also has a 

morning kitchen with a mircrowave.  The main floor has a qourmet kitchen 

with marble flooring, granite countertops and well equipped with cooking
utensils. Our Home is located in the private gated community of 

Destiny by the Sea.

As a guest in our home you will have access to the clubhouse with a 25 

seat theater, spa, two heated pools,two heated hot tubs, tennis court, 

plus the onsite security.

Must be 25 and over to rent - No Spring Breakers or College Groups
