Vacation Rental Description
These newly renovated and stylishly furnished, large( 450 sq. feet),
sunken studio apartments are in the East Village between Avenues A & B.
In a secure building with an intercom system and located 2 blocks
from the F train line at Houston Street and Second Avenue and 3
blocks from the 4, 5, & 6 train lines at Bleecker Street. The
neighborhood is known for its restaurants, bars,nightclubs, coffee
shops/tea houses & hip boutiques and shopping.
Walking distance to New York University, Cooper Union, Greenwich
Village, Soho, Nolita, Chinatown & the Lower East Side. 5 blocks from
Tompkins Square Park
Vacation Rental Amenities
Both units are large and spacious studios alocated on the first floor
of a modern renovated building. The 450 square foot space features a
separate kitchen with ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen is outfitted
with all major appliances(dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker) and is
fully equippped with pots & pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The space
is newly renovated with oak hardwood flooing & a clean & modern
bathroom with a shower and tub. The tan/orange/black apartment is
sleekly furnished with a double bed & leather loveseat, the studio can
comfortably accommodate two guests. The black/white/red apartment has a
full sized bed with a sofa which opens up into a day bed and can
accomodate 4 guests
Amenities include cable tv,cd player/stero, dvd player & telephone
(for local calls only or dial up internet service). There is a common
laundry area in the building.

1 1/2 blocks to Clinton Street Restaurant Row.
Vacation Rental Rates
$ 170.00 per night for beige/orange/brown studio -prefer 4 night
minimum - $ 1200.00 per week
$ 200.00 per night for black/white/red studio -prefer 4 night
minimum - $ 1400.00 per week
One night deposit is due upon booking. Space reservation will
not be confirmed until deposit is received ( either cashiers check or
money order.) - $50.00 cleaning fee
Remainder of balance is due upon arrival. These are non-smoking
apartments and no pets allowed. Check in time is 3:00 pm.
Checkout time- 11:00 am.
