Luxury Lower Penthouse Studio in one of the finest buildings in New
York City. Stay where some of New York's famous reside.
Unit is all new as of June 2008 and includes a "King" sized Sealy
Posturepedic Euro Pillow-Top Bed with 500 tc egyptian cotton sheets,
leather sofa with queen size pullout (bed), flat screen TV, dresser,
full granite kitchen, marble bath, ample closet space, soaring 13 ft.
ceilings and some of the best city views in all Manhattan (pictures
below are actual views from apt.) It's like a loft high in the sky.
The building is across the street from the Ritz Carlton Hotel,
Downtown Smithsonian Indian Museum, Jewish Holocaust Museum and the
Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island Ferry. It is two blocks from Wall
St., the World Financial Center, and the World Trade Center site
(Ground Zero). Also, there are plenty of shops and restaurants
within easy walking distance and along the waterfront.

is inclusive of everything....no hidden or additional fees!!
*Please note that a $100.00 deposit is taken to hold the reservation
and will be returned to you upon leaving the apt. in it's undamaged
and original condition.
** A $75 cleaning fee will ONLY be deducted from the security deposit
if apartment is not left in clean condition. If everything is left
tidy and undamaged, you will not incur a cleaning fee.
*** Cancelation policy: Deposit is fully refundable unless canceled
within 14 days of check-in
